About the Role: Director, Enterprise Insights
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director to lead our Enterprise Insights team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive business growth, improve customer experiences, and foster a culture of innovation and experimentation. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Enterprise Insights team: Develop and execute strategies that drive business growth, improve customer experiences, and foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.
- Develop and implement insights-driven strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth, improve customer experiences, and foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.
- Build and maintain relationships: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to drive business growth and improve customer experiences.
- Drive business decisions: Provide data-driven insights and recommendations that inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Develop and coach team members: Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and expertise, and provide opportunities for growth and development.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience: A degree in a related field, such as marketing, business, or statistics, or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 4+ years of experience: Experience in marketing research, customer insights, and data analysis, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer experiences.
- Strong knowledge of insights tools: Experience with qualitative, quantitative, affiliated, and first-party insights tools, including survey, CRM, sales, and market share data.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills: Ability to communicate complex insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders, and experience leading and coaching teams.
- Remote work experience: Experience working remotely, with the ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders in a virtual environment.
- Travel requirements: Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, including occasional trips to our headquarters in Minneapolis, USA.
