Job Description:
• Own the process of developing actionable insights, inspiring teams to achieve strategic excellence.
• Partner with Creative Leaders, Group Account Directors, and subject matter experts to ensure cohesive and innovative strategies.
• Continuously evolve the strategic planning department to meet the demands of the digital space, integrating traditional planning with modern marketing knowledge.
• Guide and inspire planning team members, clients, and the agency on emerging trends and best practices.
• Create and implement roadmaps that guide the execution of all planning-based programs, ensuring practical activation and influence on the process.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Advertising required; agency experience a must
• 15 years (or more) of Account Planning experience
• Consensus builder with the vision to create roadmaps that guide execution of all planning-based programs
• Deep appreciation of the digital space; practical activation experience required
• Understanding that planning is not an abstraction, bringing proven techniques to influence the process and be at the heart of the work
