Who You Are You'll perform as a Global Supply Chain Management, Subcontract Management, Staff member What You Will Be Doing You'll be responsible for the management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk, modified Commercial Off The Shelf, performance specification and complex build-to-print subcontracts for commercial, DOD and international programs. You'll lead multi-functional subcontract management teams. Hold procurement delegation and signs supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority. You'll lead the development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontract systems in support of development, production and global sustainment primes with multiple contract types. You'll also prepares bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, develops evaluation criteria, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions including price, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes subcontract packages, prepares awards and administers resulting subcontracts and required change activity. Further Information About This Opportunity This position is located in Fort Worth, TX AeroSCM Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Subcontract Management or as a Buyer Experience analyzing production requirements in an SAP procurement system Experience with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR), or Department of Defense (DOD) contracts Desired skills Experience managing multiple complex subcontracts Knowledge of acquisition policies and procedures such as FAR / DFAR / TINA Working knowledge of international procurement processes Experience with the procurement of complex assemblies within the defense industry Project Leadership experience and willingness to mentor colleagues Interpersonal and presentation experience PO Folder creation and modification experience Virtual no Zip 76108 EEO Lockheed Martin is an equal opportunity employer.
