The Senior CyberSecurity Engineer develops and tests information security tools, applications, and system solutions deployed in Humana. Oversees the design engineering and testing processes for Humana EIP products and works with relevant EIP stakeholders to drive products from design to volume production release. The Senior CyberSecurity Engineer work assignments vary in degree of complexity and may design and implement protocols and solutions designed to safeguard sensitive data from external/internal breach or attacks and implement relevant engineering updates to Humana information technology and information security infrastructures.

The Sr CyberSecurity Engineer will focus on supporting Identity Security Cloud, Approver Database, Service-Now, Request For Access (RFA) as well as IAMHub. The Engineer will be responsible for identifying recurring patterns in identity lifecycle issues. Once identified the Engineer will be responsible for finding root cause as well as designing, implementing and maintaining a remediation plan until the underlying issue is corrected. The Sr CyberSecurity Engineer makes decisions issues with varying degrees of complexity regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$106,900 - $147,000 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
