ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are a multi-brand U.S.-based operation looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Social Media Manager for a long-term contract. You will manage accounts across five brands simultaneously, each with its own voice, audience, and goals. This is NOT a post-and-ghost role. We expect daily engagement, consistent communication, and a real commitment to growing each account.
All original content is provided by the client in Canva. Your job is to reformat, schedule, engage, and report — every single day.

Pageant & personal brand (community growth)
WHAT YOU WILL DO
CONTENT REFORMATTING
Resize and reformat Canva designs for Instagram (Feed, Stories, Reels, Carousel), TikTok, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Maintain brand colors, fonts, logos, and message hierarchy on every asset
Name files correctly using the provided convention
Upload finalized assets to the scheduling tool
SCHEDULING & PUBLISHING
Load formatted content into the scheduling platform (Later, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite)
Write or adapt captions per platform — keeping the client's core message intact
Apply correct hashtag strategy per brand and platform
Submit a weekly queue summary to the client for approval
Monitor and lock the schedule through the week
DAILY ENGAGEMENT — NON-NEGOTIABLE
You must log into every active brand account daily and engage for a minimum of 15 minutes per brand. This is required, every working day, no exceptions.
Daily engagement includes:
Replying to all comments on brand posts within 24 hours
Responding to Direct Messages (flagging anything uncertain to the client)
Leaving 5-10 thoughtful, on-brand comments on similar accounts and community pages
Interacting with Stories from relevant followed accounts
Identifying and logging potential partnership accounts for client approval
ANALYTICS & REPORTING
Pull weekly metrics for all brands: follower growth, reach, impressions, engagement rate, saves, and link clicks
Submit a formatted weekly report every Monday by 9 AM Mountain Time (MT)
Note top and lowest performing posts with brief analysis
Recommend adjustments based on data
REALISTIC DAILY TIME COMMITMENT
Content reformatting in Canva: 45-60 min (heavier Mon/Tue)
Asset upload and scheduling: 20-30 min
Daily engagement across all 5 brands: 75-90 min (every day)
Caption writing and hashtag research: 20-30 min
DM and comment monitoring: 10-15 min
Weekly report prep (spread across week): ~10 min/day
TOTAL AVERAGE: 3 to 4 hours per day, 5 days per week (approx. 15-20 hours/week)
COMPENSATION
Hourly Rate: $5.00 - $8.00 USD based on experience and portfolio quality
Entry level (1-2 yrs multi-account SMM): $5.00/hr
Mid-level (2-4 yrs, proven results): $6.00-$7.00/hr
Expert (4+ yrs, multi-brand, strategy-driven): $7.00-$8.00/hr
This is steady, long-term work. Reliable performers will receive a rate review at 90 days.
REQUIREMENTS
Must-Haves:
Minimum 2 years managing social media for clients — multi-brand experience strongly preferred
Proficient in Canva (resizing and reformatting without redesigning)
Experience with a scheduling tool (Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, or equivalent)
Strong written English — you will write captions and comments representing U.S.-based brands
Reliable internet and a consistent daily schedule
Comfortable managing Instagram, TikTok, X, and Facebook simultaneously
Organized and self-directed — you will work from a detailed written SOP
Available to start immediately
Strong Advantages:
Experience in healthcare or mental health social media
Experience with advocacy or faith-based brands
Familiarity with U.S. audiences and American cultural context
