As a leading organization in providing services to vulnerable populations, we're seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Site Assistant at the ARCHES Navigation Center. This role is crucial in supporting our mission to provide sheltering services and resources to the homeless population in Salem, OR.
As a Site Assistant at the ARCHES Navigation Center, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services, providing direct support to clients, and contributing to the overall success of our programs. Working the overnight shift, you will be responsible for a range of duties that include supporting daily operations, assisting clients with navigation to resources, data collection and entry, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
