As a Senior Visual/UX Designer, you'll be an integral part of our client's team, leading the development and maintenance of their component library and design systems while defining best practices and protocols for consistent, scalable design delivery. Key Responsibilities: Driving Design Excellence and Innovation
- Design Systems and Component Libraries: Lead the creation, documentation, and ongoing maintenance of our design systems and reusable component libraries, ensuring alignment with atomic design principles and evolving guidelines.
- Establish Protocols: Define and implement design standards, workflows, and best practices to enhance the consistency and quality of our digital solutions.
- Streamlining Delivery: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize how we deliver websites and digital products, focusing on scalable and efficient design-to-development handoffs.
- Digital Solution Design: Craft intuitive, visually engaging, and user-centered interfaces for websites, digital campaigns, and other solutions that resonate with client objectives and user needs.

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies

- Experience: 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably within a digital agency or fast-paced environment.
