- Evaluate and Select Provider Partners: Assess vendors and service providers based on comprehensive pre-determined criteria, ensuring we partner with the best-in-class providers who align with our values and objectives.
- Drive RFP Excellence: Develop and lead comprehensive RFI and RFP processes for professional services, following arenaflex policies and procedures while ensuring competitive, transparent, and fair evaluation methods.
- Strategic Cost Analysis: Analyze bids based on total cost of ownership and delivery to identify opportunities that deliver optimal value without compromising quality or service excellence.
- Negotiation Mastery: Prepare and execute clear, structured negotiation strategies utilizing proven Strategic Sourcing methodology to achieve favorable terms and conditions.
- Contract Development & Administration: Prepare and execute contracts, manage post-award administration, and ensure all agreements serve arenaflex's best interests.
- Performance Management: Understand and assist in developing performance management programs with providers, focusing on quality, responsiveness, and cost optimization.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure full compliance with Sourcing and Procurement regulations and industry best practices, maintaining the highest standards of integrity.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate and report to management on the status of significant external relationships that could impact planning and decision-making processes.

Essential Qualifications

Compensation & Benefits: Rewarding Your Expertise
