Job Summary:
As a Senior Project Manager at Newegg, you will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they meet business objectives, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. You will utilize your expertise and experience to develop and implement project plans, manage resources, and ensure projects are completed on-time, within scope, and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement detailed project plans to track and monitor progress
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure seamless project execution
- Ensure projects are completed on-time, within scope, and budget
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate processes and documentation
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including RFI logs, meeting minutes, and project schedules
- Meet with clients to gather detailed requirements and clarify project expectations
- Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and external vendors
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
- Implement and adhere to security best practices, policies, and procedures
Requirements and Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3+ years of experience in the manufacturing or construction industry (similar trade experience may be considered)
- 3+ years of experience in managing and ensuring safety on work sites
- Experience in managing and coordinating subcontractors
- OSHA 30 certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and 5S
- Knowledge of construction and manufacturing operations
- Ability to perform basic math calculations and measurements

- Work in varying environmental conditions, including heat, cold, noise, vibration, hazards, and air conditions
