Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Program Manager in our C2S2 Program Delivery team, you will be responsible for:
- Defining Program Strategy: Develop and drive the program's vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams, including Customer Service Operations, Quality, Customer Experience, Capacity Planning, and technical teams to design and implement program requirements.
- Project Planning and Execution: Prioritize and plan projects, secure resources, and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects to a high level of quality.
- Risk Management and Issue Resolution: Anticipate and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and initiate corrective actions to ensure program integrity.
- Stakeholder Management: Provide regular project progress reporting and negotiate with key stakeholders to gain alignment on program vision and project prioritization.
- Third-Party Management: Oversee third-party contributions to the project, ensuring they meet the required standards.

Compensation and Benefits
Our compensation package is competitive and reflects the cost of labor across various geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. In addition to base pay, you may be eligible for:
