Our client is a leading SaaS company in the construction technology industry, delivering cloud-based solutions that help construction teams manage complex projects more efficiently. Their platform supports the building of critical infrastructure worldwide — from skyscrapers to hospitals, airports, retail spaces, and residential complexes.
We are working on a high-impact platform initiative that focuses on strengthening the foundational systems of a large-scale SaaS product. A top priority is the Accounts area, which plays a critical role in user management, permissions, and platform scalability.
This is a unique opportunity to work on a system that supports the entire product ecosystem, impacting thousands of users daily.
ResponsibilitiesLead design efforts for the Accounts area, contributing to the future of user management and scalability.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to define requirements and solutions.
Design early-stage products (0–1 work) from concept to delivery, establishing core workflows and interaction models.
Create clean, accessible, and modern UI using Figma.
Leverage research insights and data to inform design decisions.
Clearly articulate and communicate design choices to stakeholders.
Drive systems thinking to ensure a cohesive experience across the platform.
Share work early and often, and engage in constructive feedback loops with the team.
Strong product thinking with a proven ability to work on early-stage (0–1) products.
Platform design experience or demonstrated systems thinking — capable of defining scalable, reusable patterns and workflows.
Proficiency in Figma for UI design and prototyping.
Experience designing for web-based platforms, particularly complex systems.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (PMs, engineers, researchers).
Comfortable with ambiguity, working independently to drive design forward.
Solid understanding of accessibility standards and design best practices.
Excellent communication skills, with a proactive approach to sharing work and receiving feedback.
