Requirements
- Provide lending domain expertise to clients, focusing on end-to-end loan origination, credit assessment, and loan servicing systems.
- Support sales and pre-sales activities by demonstrating solutions tailored to lending workflows, crafting proposals, and client presentations aligned with industry best practices.
- Assist clients in defining their digital transformation strategies relating to lending, including process automation and system customization where required.
- Conduct requirements gathering, process analysis, gap assessments, and solution design for lending processes.
- Lead system configuration, testing, data migration, and documentation for loan management software.
- Help clients establish controls and best practices for lending operations—such as credit approval workflows and borrower onboarding.
- Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to project teams and client staff on lending systems and capabilities.
