Job Overview

In this critical role, you will have the flexibility to telecommute from anywhere within the U.S., working with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for compassionately delivering an exceptional experience to between 50 to 70 callers per day, providing support and guidance to individuals seeking help and resolving complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also serve as a resource and subject matter expert for your team members, providing guidance and support to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years of age, and have familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications. You will also need to be able to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours, which may include occasional overtime. Additionally, you will need to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy, as well as a reliable high-speed internet connection.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong time management and organizational skills, and the ability to incorporate frequent changes into your workflow. Additionally, you will need to be proficient in conflict management skills, able to resolve issues in a stressful situation, and able to work regularly scheduled shifts, including weekends and overtime, as needed.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
