In this role, you’ll work hand-in-hand with marketing, operations, and product teams to turn messy data into sharp insights. From building recommendation systems and exploring natural language processing, to playing with agentic AI, you’ll help us make smarter decisions, faster. And the best part? We actually ship things. With strong engineering and product support, your ideas won’t sit in a deck, they’ll go live and make real impact.

Inform decision making through data exploration and analysis
Leverage GenAI technology to democratise data within our organisation
Support business teams in understanding and interpreting data
Ensure teams have access to relevant, timely, and informative report and tools
Educate team members on the data lifecycle, and how data creates value
Model best practices in the governance and usage of data
3-4 years experience in a similar role
Skilled in SQL, data manipulation, and transformation - bonus points for dbt know-how.
Confident using GENAI tools and relational databases - building clear, impactful data visualisations (Tableau experience a plus!).
Strong grasp of data science fundamentals, with a knack for applying mathematical and statistical reasoning.
A curious analyst who thrives on digging into data, spotting patterns, and making sense of complexity.
Passionate about connecting the dots between numbers, customer experience, and business outcomes.
️ Able to shape a compelling story from data and communicate it clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.
Methodical and detail-oriented, with a high bar for quality and impact in everything you do.
Collaborative by nature, you enjoy building relationships and working cross-functionally.
Natural educator with a talent for sharing knowledge and elevating data literacy across teams.
