The Impact You'll Make in This Role

As a Senior Analyst - IT CRM - Sales Cloud & Marketing Automation, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse individuals worldwide. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with business partners to understand their requirements and objectives
• Translating business needs into CRM functional specifications
• Working with technical teams to design and configure the CRM platform
• Leading and supporting build-out prioritization and run scope
• Managing the run development lifecycle
• Partnering with the business to drive customer adoption through effective training, communication, and support

Your Skills and Expertise

To excel in this role, 3M expects (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified before start) from an accredited university
• At least 7 years of CRM Sales platform experience in a private, public, government, or military environment

Additional qualifications that could be beneficial for success in this role include:

• Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Advanced Administrator, are preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce design and customization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
