What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Manage configuration, testing, installation, and advanced troubleshooting of IT issues
• Oversee training and supervision for complex installations by Tier 1 and 2 support staff
• Identify product improvements to maximize customer satisfaction
• Interface with clients and/or internal departments to identify and qualify their business needs
• Develop and implement project plans that deliver IT solutions, including data models and quality reviews
What is Required (Qualifications):
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields, or equivalent relevant work experience
• Five to seven years of previous IT/related experience required
• Two or more years of experience in a technical lead or supervisory capacity required
• Licenses or certifications: MCP, Cisco, A+ or related preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and excellent interpersonal communication skills

• Experience managing vendors and contractors for IT products and services
• Strong ability to adapt to a flexible schedule and prioritize tasks in a multitasking environment
• Previous experience in process improvement initiatives within a team setting
