Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex projects from start to finish, working closely with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to design requirements, identify risks, manage project plans, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the organization. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with a team of engineers and designers to address the global fleet of Third-Party Data Centers (3PDC)
- Working with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, figure out and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data collection, analysis, ongoing scaling, and presentations
- Designing and automating metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale
- Driving process improvement through data analysis, envisioning, and making business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying, and following up on opportunities to move forward
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A four-year degree or equivalent reasonable experience
- 3 years of experience in program management, with a focus on Google Translate Data Entry and Cloud Services
- 3 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-group projects
- Experience in financial modeling and analysis, using spreadsheets and manipulating large datasets using SQL
Preferred Qualifications
In addition to the essential qualifications, we are looking for candidates with:
- 3 years of experience managing large, cross-functional projects spanning a diverse set of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical
- 3 years of experience in technical program or project management roles
- Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with stakeholders within one or more groups to drive impact and work towards shared objectives
