Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Internet Security Research Group (ISRG) is dedicated to reducing barriers to secure communication over the Internet. They are seeking a Salesforce Operations Specialist who will manage donor data integrity and reporting processes, ensuring effective nonprofit fundraising operations.
Responsibilities
- Own the systems and processes that keep donor data healthy and gift records compliant
- Equip the team with reporting needed for decision making
- Work across Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack, accounting systems, and third-party giving platforms and integrations
- Build processes from the ground up and collaborate across teams
Skills
- 5+ years of professional experience in Salesforce database work
- Demonstrated experience evolving a Salesforce instance
- Demonstrated ability to leverage Salesforce data for business insight
- Meticulousness around data integrity
- Systems-oriented thinker who eliminates inefficiencies
- Skilled at managing multiple priorities; strong organization skills
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Collaborative mindset; lending a hand to get the highest priority work done even if it's not usually on your plate
- Systems management experience for Notion, Donorbox, Shopify, BoldSign, and Sage Intacct
- Specific experience with the Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack
- Experience developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
