Job Summary:
As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing technical assistance and support to teenagers via remote channels
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues related to hardware, software, and network problems
- Escalating complex technical problems to senior IT staff and following up until resolution
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, hardware, and peripherals
