Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement short-term and long-term strategies to drive account health, sustainability, and cost reduction for our customers
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to identify operational efficiency initiatives and cost reduction opportunities
- Lead projects to drive overall supply chain savings for our customers and provide regular scorecard reviews to ensure transparency and accountability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ranging from C-level executives to warehouse associates, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Utilize advanced tools and systems, including Salesforce, SAP, and MS Excel, to analyze data, identify trends, and inform business decisions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or comparable experience
- 5-7 years of sales or customer service experience, with 2-3 years of prior industry experience preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with ability to work autonomously and in a matrix environment
- Advanced knowledge of SAP, Business Warehouse, MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with familiarity with SalesForce or similar CRM systems
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
