The Director/Principal, Legal Recruiter will manage law firm and in-house placements while enjoying a flexible work environment and competitive compensation.
Responsibilities
• Work a flexible desk covering law firm and in house placements
• Receive top of the market compensation and resources
• Help to legitimize the legal recruiting industry as a peer with clients and candidates
• Work on associate placements at regional firms
• Work on senior counsel positions with the Am Law 5 firms
• Work on single partners at the Am Law 200
• Handle major eight figure group placements
Skills
• JD, Top Am Law 25 Law School with relevant prior Biglaw experience
• Demonstrable success at a competing legal search firm with a proven candidate placement history
• Upmost professional integrity and drive to be the best in the industry
