Position Overview – Remote Data Entry Specialist (Call Center Representative)

In this role, you will be the frontline liaison between patients, prescribers, and our pharmacy operations, ensuring that medication orders, enrollment information, and patient inquiries are accurately captured and processed in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Key Responsibilities
