Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update customer, vendor, and transaction data into databases or CRM platforms
- Review data for accuracy and completeness to ensure high-quality results
- Maintain records of activities and tasks to track progress and productivity
- Identify and correct errors in data entries to ensure data integrity
- Perform data validation and cleanup as needed to maintain accurate records
- Communicate with team members to clarify information and ensure seamless collaboration
- Meet daily and weekly productivity goals to drive business success
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion to maintain trust and confidentiality
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred
- Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (at least 50 WPM preferred)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and/or Google Workspace
- Experience with CRM or database systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure high-quality results
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines to drive business success
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home to ensure productivity
