Job Overview
We're looking for a talented Data Entry Associate to process incoming healthcare claim forms, digitize data, and input details with high accuracy. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with our clients to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Capture and validate complex data with precision and attention to detail
- Classify images and documents with accuracy and efficiency
- Pre-adjudicate documents and correct data as required, ensuring high-quality output
- Verify data from automated data extraction tools, utilizing your analytical skills
- Complete assignments using multiple source documents to verify data, demonstrating your ability to work independently
- Work within established procedures and practices, maintaining a high level of productivity and adherence to deadlines
- Collaborate with our team, providing excellent customer service and support to our clients
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Typing speed of at least 30+ words per minute with high accuracy and 10-key proficiency
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and internet research
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines while maintaining a high accuracy rate
- Basic knowledge of medical claims form processing (preferred)
- High-speed internet connection, meeting our minimum requirements (download: 25 Mbps, upload: 5 Mbps, ping: ≤ 175 ms)
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Residency in one of the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CO, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MS, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY
