They are seeking a Client Success Team Lead & Onboarding Specialist to manage client relationships, lead a support team, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.
Responsibilities
• Lead the Onboarding Experience: Host engaging virtual kickoff and training calls, guiding new clients through their first 30 days
• Direct the Support Team: Provide direction, task management, and quality assurance for our offshore junior support specialists. You set the standard; they help execute the tasks
• Project Manage: Coordinate with Product and Tech teams to ensure apps are configured, approved by App Stores, and launched on time
• Customize & Consult: Dig into client goals to ensure their app setup feels tailored to their needs
• Process Ownership: Track milestones in HubSpot and proactively solve blockers before they become issues
Skills
• 1–3 years of experience in Client Success, Onboarding, or Account Coordination
• Must be based in the U.S. or Canada with availability during core business hours (EST/PST)
