Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, taking a proactive approach to resolving issues and exceeding expectations
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, using our call center database to track conversations and resolve issues efficiently
- Meet and exceed personal and team targets, contributing to the overall success of our customer service team
Requirements and Skills:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the agriculture industry
- Excellent phone and verbal communication skills, with active listening and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Customer-focused approach, with the ability to adapt to different personality types and communication styles
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Any graduate degree, with a preference for candidates with a background in agriculture or a related field
