Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Trilyon, Inc. is a high-growth tech startup with a collaborative culture. The Field Marketing Specialist will support the execution of various marketing strategies and activities, ensuring programs are scalable and well-documented.
Responsibilities
• Support the execution of marketing activities across both regions, including webinars, workshops, large-scale in-person events, executive events, and 3rd party sponsorships
• Assist with building and maintaining sales enablement materials, pre- and post-event as well as our regular sales comms cadences
• Streamlining of procurement management and budget tracking
• Document program deliverables to ensure programs are scalable and repeatable
Skills
• 2+ years of marketing event experience in a B2B enterprise software company
• Experienced with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Mail), Microsoft Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), and Mac
• Exceptional customer service to essential business partners
• Travel required for events (when appropriate)
• Asana, Marketo, Salesforce, and Swoogo experience a plus
