This role focuses on strategic reporting, portfolio insights, and process optimization within Azure DevOps and Power BI.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks for ADO Boards across programs and portfolios.
- Define/Provide inputs for standardized processes for work item tracking, sprint planning, and backlog management.
- Develop executive-level dashboards and reports for delivery health, predictability, and velocity.
- Provide portfolio-level insights on resource allocation, dependencies, and risk management.
- Partner with leadership to ensure data integrity and compliance for organizational reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement in ADO usage to enhance transparency and alignment with business objectives.
- Design and deliver strategic dashboards integrating ADO and other enterprise data sources.
- Implement advanced analytics using DAX and optimized data models for performance.
- Enable leadership with real-time insights on delivery KPIs, OKRs, and business outcomes.
- Ensure data governance, security, and compliance in reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable visualizations.
Skills
- Deep expertise in ADO Boards, queries, dashboards, and portfolio-level reporting
- Strong proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling)
- Ability to communicate insights to senior leadership effectively
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Azure services (Data Factory, SQL Database)
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance frameworks
- Exposure to OKR tracking and executive reporting
