About the position
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute revenue management strategies to maximize room revenue and profitability.
• Analyze market trends, competitive sets, and demand patterns to make informed pricing decisions.
• Monitor and adjust pricing and inventory strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Set and review room rates, packages, and restrictions on a daily basis.
• Implement dynamic pricing strategies to respond to changing market conditions.
• Manage room inventory allocation and availability across various distribution channels.
• Utilize Duetto RMS to manage pricing, forecasts, and demand analysis.
• Maintain and optimize the Synxis CRS to ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory and rate availability.
• Generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of revenue management strategies.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
• Analyze marketplace reports such as STAR, Hotelligence, and Demand360.
• Prepare weekly and monthly forecasts and lead strategy meetings.
• Oversee online distribution channels, ensuring accurate content, rate parity, and availability.
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts with distribution partners.
• Lead and develop a revenue management team, providing guidance and mentorship.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a Revenue Analyst role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with group bookings.

• Experience with Delphi is a benefit.
Benefits
• Competitive salary range of $100,000 - $105,000.
