Our team of 40+ collectors is dedicated to delivering exceptional results, and we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Specialist to support our operations. If you have a strong foundation in administrative tasks, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our operations team, including gathering accident documentation, communicating with insurance carriers and clients, and performing various administrative duties
- Utilize your technical skills to master multiple client systems and applications, with a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Collaborate with our team to achieve goals, with a positive attitude, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an auto insurance or claims environment is preferred, but not required
- Strong typing skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with high-speed internet and a distraction-free workspace
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to take on new tasks as needed
- Able to pass a background check
