職務内容 Responsibilities
- 担当する機能や小規模なプロダクトラインにおけるプロダクト戦略の策定および改善に貢献
- 新機能の開発ライフサイクルにおけるマイルストーンの達成を支援
- ビジネスオーナーと連携し、プロダクト機能を全体戦略およびビジネス目標と整合
- プロダクト・エンジニアリングのステークホルダーと定期的に連絡を取り、機能開発と実装の方向性を共有
- プロジェクトのタイムラインを管理し、プロダクト課題の優先順位付けをサポート
- ユーザーの利用データや定性的なフィードバックを分析し、改善の機会を特定
- 担当分野における競合状況を常に把握し、プロダクトの新たな可能性を検討
- Moneytreeのプロダクトやその価値を社内外に発信
- プロダクトマネジメントのベストプラクティスを活用し、Moneytree内でのプロダクトマネジメント機能の改善に貢献
- Contribute to and iterate on product strategy for assigned features or minor product lines
- Support the delivery of product milestones and assist in managing the lifecycle of new feature development
- Collaborate with business owners to align product features with overall strategy and business objectives
- Communicate regularly with product and engineering stakeholders to ensure alignment

- Assist in managing project timelines and prioritizing product issues
- Analyze usage data and gather qualitative feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement

必要なスキル・経験 Required Skills
- プロダクトマネジメントまたはプロダクト企画の経験が2年以上
- モバイルおよび/またはWebのコンシューマー向けアプリ（SaaS、B2B、B2Cプロダクト）における成功したデリバリー経験
- 市場ニーズを満たすソフトウェアプロダクトの構想、企画、提供に貢献できる能力
- 価値仮説を構築するための競合調査・市場調査のスキル
- アジャイル環境での業務経験
- 日本語：ネイティブレベル、英語：ビジネスレベル
- 2+ years of product management or product planning experience
- Experience contributing to the successful delivery of mobile and/or web consumer apps (SaaS B2B, B2C product)
- Ability to contribute to imagining, planning, and delivering software products that solve market needs
- Ability to conduct competitive and market research to support value hypothesis creation
- Experience working in an Agile Environment
- Native Japanese and Business English
