Job Summary

As a Part-Time Call Center Representative at Walgreens, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing patient enrollment, and resolving issues in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This is a part-time position that requires 8 hours of work per shift, and you will have the opportunity to work remotely from Dallas, USA. You will be working with a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Process patient enrollment by entering data into our system, handling patient medication requests, and resolving issues in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
• Handle high-volume client requests, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Utilize Walgreens solution data entry methods and guidelines to process new patient enrollment and handle patient medication requests.
• Investigate and resolve missing prescription data, interpret clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and settle data entry-related exceptions.
• Communicate with patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders via phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide support.
• Provide support to pharmacists, both in-office and at other locations, and escalate issues to senior-level staff as needed.
• Obtain and maintain an active pharmacist license or certification within the first 90 days of employment and maintain it throughout your tenure with the company.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Basic computer skills, including the ability to start and shut down a computer, use a mouse, and access data online.
• Intermediate-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, and arranging files).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a retail or call center environment.
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction.
• Transitional to advanced-level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, and designing documents).
