Ideal candidate should be able to devote 10-15 hours maximum a week towards firm matters. Some litigation experience preferred. NY or NJ admission preferred. Responsibilities • Conduct thorough legal research using Lexis-Nexis or Westlaw to support case preparation. • Draft legal documents and correspondence with precision, ensuring compliance with relevant laws. • Provide competent advice on various legal matters, including contract law and other business law matters. • Assist in litigation processes, including negotiation at pre-litigation stage and court matters as needed (if licensed in appropriate jxn). • Collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop effective legal strategies.
