Description: Teach courses within clinical practice and capstone courses. Engage students and offer excellent feedback. Maintain a positive, safe, inclusive student-centric learning environment. Collaborate with clinical practice faculty and staff. Complete required tasks on deadlines, including final grades and assessment activities. Identify at-risk students and collaborate with student services. Provide feedback to the course lead about course content. Requirements: Masters Degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Education Leadership, Education, or a related field. A current California PPS (Pupil Personnel Services) credential is mandatory. Minimum 5 years experience as a K-12 School Counselor with a current counseling credential. Well-versed in various action research methodologies. Experience evaluating student services programs. Experience supervising student research programs. Preferred experience in Community College Counseling, Social Emotional Learning pedagogy, and trauma-based counseling.
