About the Role
As a Part-time Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely information about our products and services, and turning these interactions into valuable leads for our dealer clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via online chat, responding to questions about automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership queries.

- Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, driving sales and revenue growth for our dealer clients.

- Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our dealer clients to build strong relationships with their customers and drive business growth.

Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed as a Part-time Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will need to possess a unique blend of customer service, technical, and communication skills.
