We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Board Members. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating meetings, managing inboxes, and ensuring the smooth operation of our Board's activities.
In this part-time role (18 hours/week), you will have the flexibility to work from home and the office, with the expectation of attending Board meetings and other pre-planned in-person meetings. Your excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle sensitive information discreetly will make you a valuable asset to our team.
As a trusted advisor to our senior leaders, you will draw on your proven experience as an Executive Assistant (EA) or Personal Assistant (PA) at a senior level. Your expertise in board structures and governance procedures will be essential in this role.
