CompassCPA is assisting one of our clients, Alchemy Code, with their search for an Paid Media/Performance Marketing Manager (Paid Social & Search). ABOUT ALCHEMY CODE Paid media is our primary acquisition engine. We're scaling a premium, ingredient-forward skincare brand with a clear POV — and we need a performance marketer who understands both the numbers and the brand. THE ROLE You own our paid acquisition strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest. You're accountable to ROAS and CAC targets, and you know how to work with creative to build and test ads that actually convert. You're as comfortable in Ads Manager as you are giving a creative brief. WHAT YOU'LL OWN - Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest - Hit ROAS and CAC targets month over month - Build and execute a structured creative testing framework - Partner with content and creative to brief and iterate on ad creative - Monitor attribution and report weekly on performance vs. targets - Identify scaling opportunities and flag spend efficiency risks early - Own campaign structure, audience strategy, and bid management WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 3-5+ years running paid social and search campaigns at a DTC brand or agency - Proven ROAS results — you have numbers to back up your work - Strong creative instincts — you know what hooks work and why - Experienced with attribution tools (Triple Whale or similar) - Comfortable managing $30-50K+/mo in ad spend - Available 20 hours a week NICE TO HAVE - Clean beauty or wellness brand experience - In-house DTC brand background - Experience working with UGC-heavy creative strategies - TikTok Ads experience beyond just boosting posts TOOLS & TECH - Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads, Triple Whale, GA4, Supermetrics, Intelligems A/B Testing, Klaviyo (attribution view), Canva/Figma (creative review) Apply Now Apply Now
