- Handle card payments and process financial transactions with accuracy, staying informed about the latest lending practices and financial services
- Meet and exceed monthly performance goals, contributing to the success of our team
Qualifications:
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet applications
- Ability to work under pressure, managing difficult situations with courtesy and calm
- Effective multitasking skills, capable of managing conversations while entering data
