About the role
I’m looking for a hands-on B2B outbound operator to run lead generation for my mobile app consulting business. This is an execution role — not strategy. You’ll be responsible for owning email + LinkedIn outreach end-to-end using your own tools and infrastructure. The ICP is fully built and validated, so your focus will be on running outbound — not developing targeting or messaging from zero.
You should already have access to:
• Cold email platform (Instantly, Smartlead, etc.)
• Lead sourcing/enrichment tools (Apollo, Clay, etc.)
• LinkedIn automation (optional but preferred)
Responsibilities
Outbound execution
• Send ~200 cold emails/week from your existing setup
• Run LinkedIn outreach + follow-ups
• Manage sequencing, pacing, and deliverability
• Own daily execution (no set-it-and-forget-it)
Reply management
• Monitor replies daily
• Categorize: Interested, Not now, Objections
• Surface warm leads to me for handoff
• Support booking conversations
ICP management
• Build and maintain lead lists
• Ensure alignment to agreed ICP
• Segment by company size / vertical
• Track touch history (simple CRM view)
Weekly Reporting
• Emails sent
• Open Rate
• Replies
• Positive responses
• Calls booked
• Share insights on what messaging performs
What I’m looking for
• Proven experience running outbound campaigns
• You already have your own tools and workflows
• Comfortable owning inbox management
• Organized and process-driven
• Founder/consultant support experience a plus
