The University of Wisconsin-Madison's Division of Enrollment Management is seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic undergraduate students to join our team as Multicultural & Promise Program Peer Mentors. As a Peer Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting and guiding first-year students from diverse backgrounds as they navigate the transition to college life. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our students and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to fostering a welcoming and inclusive community.

About the Division of Enrollment Management

The Division of Enrollment Management (DEM) is committed to attracting, enrolling, supporting, and graduating the most talented students at UW-Madison. As a Peer Mentor, you will be an integral part of this mission, working closely with the Office of Admissions & Recruitment and the Office of Student Financial Aid to provide guidance and support to admitted students and first-year students.

Compensation and Benefits
