The University of Wisconsin-Madison's Division of Enrollment Management is seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic undergraduate students to join our team as Multicultural & Promise Program Peer Mentors. As a Peer Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting and guiding first-year students from diverse backgrounds as they navigate the transition to college life. The Division of Enrollment Management (DEM) is committed to attracting, enrolling, supporting, and graduating the most talented students at UW-Madison. As a Peer Mentor, you will be an integral part of this mission, working closely with the Office of Admissions & Recruitment and the Office of Student Financial Aid to provide guidance and support to admitted students and first-year students.
