Math & ELA Tutor – SpEd Learning Specialist (Remote, Part-Time)

Company: 3D Learning Experts Location: Remote (U.S.-based only) Schedule: Part-time (afternoons/evenings, Monday - Thursday 3-7pm PST) Students: Elementary–High School, some adults possible) About Us 3D Learning Experts provides highly individualized instruction for students with learning differences. Our programs focus on evidence-based instruction for Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, and Dyscalculia, with instructional approaches informed by best practices for ADHD and Autism. We train all tutors in our Multi-sensory and Dyslexia methodology, so prior dyslexia experience is not required. Role Overview We are seeking one compassionate, skilled Math & ELA tutor with experience supporting students with ADHD. This role is ideal for educators who love 1:1 or small-group instruction and want to make a measurable impact — without classroom burnout. Key Responsibilities • Deliver engaging remote Math and ELA instruction • Implement ADHD-friendly strategies (structure, pacing, motivation, EF support) • Support executive functioning skills (organization, planning, task initiation) • Follow the provided lesson frameworks and training • Communicate student progress with families and team members • Maintain consistent, encouraging routines for students Required Qualifications • Experience working with students with ADHD (required) • Strong skills in Math and/or ELA • Ability to build rapport with neurodivergent learners • Reliable internet, webcam, and quiet workspace • Availability for 6 –12 hours/week, 3 days a week, minimum • Clear criminal background & sex offender registry check Preferred (Not Required) • Background in education, special education, psychology, or intervention • Tutoring experience • Familiarity with executive functioning coaching • Comfort with virtual instruction platforms What We Offer • Paid training in multi-sensory math and Orton-Gillingham ELA instruction • Flexible, remote schedule • Supportive, mission-driven team • Meaningful work with motivated families • Competitive hourly pay based on experience How to Apply To apply, please visit: 3DLearningExperts.com/career All applicants are required to submit: • A resume • Responses to screening questions • A short video introduction Qualified candidates will be invited to a brief interview and teaching scenario.
