Key Responsibilities
- Respond to Customer Inquiries: Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience.
- Product and Service Knowledge: Offer accurate information regarding company products, services, and policies, and stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or concerns in real-time, providing effective solutions and escalating complex or unresolved issues to appropriate departments or supervisors.
- Document Customer Interactions: Document and track customer interactions in the customer support system, ensuring all details are accurate and up to date.
- Maintain a Professional Tone: Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and professional tone throughout all live chat interactions, and ensure timely responses and resolutions meet team performance and quality standards.
- Assist with Orders and Returns: Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, handling refunds, and other service-related requests.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to maintaining and improving customer service processes to enhance overall efficiency.
Essential Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or call center environment.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple live chat conversations at once without compromising quality or accuracy.

- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with chat platforms, CRMs, or help desk software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).
- Availability: Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
