Job Responsibilities: In this role, you will work closely with experienced attorneys handling complex legal matters. Responsibilities include: Legal Research & Writing : Conduct in-depth legal research and draft high-quality memoranda, pleadings, motions, and briefs. Client Interaction: Develop strong professional relationships with clients by understanding their legal needs and providing sound advice. Case Management : Manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters, including medical malpractice defense and other civil disputes. Depositions & Discovery : Handle depositions, prepare witnesses, attend hearings, and effectively manage the discovery process. Trial Preparation : Collaborate with senior attorneys during trial preparation and provide litigation support as necessary. Compensation and Benefits: This role offers a competitive base salary of $95,000 to $125,000 annually , with subjective and objective annual bonuses.
