LIFECYCLE REVENUE LEAD (EMAIL + SMS, Hormozi-Style) You Own Lifecycle Revenue. Period. Top Responsibilities: • Own all email/SMS lifecycle strategy, build, and reporting. • Design and maintain core flows (welcome, abandonment, pre-arrival, in-stay, post-stay, win-back). • Run structured experiments (subject lines, offers, timing, segmentation) and report revenue lift. • Protect deliverability and list health. • Partner with Sales/Reservations to align messaging with actual availability and booking constraints. Every email and SMS you write is the bridge between attention and that transformation. You capture media-driven demand and convert it into stays that change lives. Your work compounds: higher LTV means more treehouses built, more retreats opened, more lives elevated. You're not "sending messages." You're engineering lifelong impact, one booked night at a time. Email + SMS is not "support." It is the lifecycle revenue engine that monetizes attention without discounting or eroding trust. You own the lifecycle from first spark to repeat stay. WHAT YOU OWN (END-TO-END, HANDS-ON) Lifecycle Revenue System • Core Flows: Welcome, abandonment rescue, pre-arrival & in-stay upsells, post-stay loyalty, win-back. • Segmentation: Dynamic, intent-driven, cohort-based. • Cadence & Logic: Urgency without spam; elite deliverability discipline. Campaigns (Lifecycle Only) • Seasonal pushes. • Availability & urgency campaigns. • High-margin add-ons (spa, wellness, experiences). Copywriting (Non-Negotiable) You write: • Subject lines, hooks, CTAs, microcopy. • Email + SMS copy directly in the ESP. Standard: Luxury taste + direct-response rigor. Never cheap. Never generic. Always intentional. Analytics & Truth • Flow-level CVR. • Revenue per subscriber. • Incrementality via holdouts. • Cohort lift over time. We celebrate booked revenue, not sends. MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE • 4+ years owning email + SMS for B2C (hospitality, travel, or ecom preferred). • Proven track record taking lifecycle from a minority of revenue to a major driver. • Hands-on in at least one major ESP / SMS tool (HubSpot + at least one SMS platform) building complex flows, not just campaigns. • Comfort with holdouts, cohort analysis, and revenue attribution (not just opens/clicks). WHAT YOU DO NOT OWN (BY DESIGN) • Paid media. • Website CRO. • Broad systems architecture. • Endless alignment meetings. You stay lethal by staying focused. NON-NEGOTIABLE OUTCOMES (FIRST 90 DAYS) By Day 90, you have: • Launched or optimized 10+ core lifecycle flows. • Established and documented the baseline lifecycle contribution to revenue and created a 12-month roadmap to reach ≥25%. • Shown clear lift vs baseline in at least 3 core flows (welcome, abandonment, post-stay). • Proven incrementality via at least one clean holdout. • Published clear before/after performance metrics. • Established a sustainable cadence that grows revenue without deliverability risk. You are measured weekly, not quarterly. HOW YOU ARE MEASURED Primary (Determines Your Bonus) • Incremental qualifying lifecycle revenue vs same quarter last year. • Qualifying only: automated flows + segmented campaigns. • Batch blasts = $0 credit. • % of qualifying revenue from triggered flows (target ≥50% after ramp). • Segmentation depth: ≥70% of non-flow campaigns sent to ≥2-condition segments. Secondary (Visible Weekly) • Revenue per subscriber (RPS) lift. • Flow-level CVR by trigger. • Deliverability health. • Incrementality lift from holdouts. You are rewarded for precision, not volume. COMPENSATION (ALIGNED WITH OWNERSHIP) OTE: $130,000 - $180,000 Base: $95,000 (W2, US-based) Uncapped performance-based pay on measurable outcomes directly tied to your performance.
