Legal Documentation Specialist (Remote, US Law Focus) We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Documentation Specialist to assist a senior US lawyer in drafting and reviewing legal documents. This role is ideal for someone with a strong legal background, excellent research skills, and experience in US legal drafting and compliance. You will work remotely and collaborate closely with the senior attorney to produce high-quality legal documentation. Key Responsibilities: • Draft, edit, and review legal documents, contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence. • Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with US laws and regulations. • Assist in case preparation, document organization, and citation formatting. • Maintain legal templates and contract repositories for efficiency. • Collaborate with the senior lawyer to ensure accuracy and adherence to legal best practices. • Stay updated on legal precedents, regulatory changes, and industry-specific compliance. Required Qualifications: • Law degree (LL.B. or J.D.) from an accredited institution • Experience in US legal drafting (10+ years preferred) • Strong knowledge of legal terminology, contract law, and compliance standards • Familiarity with US contract law, corporate law, or litigation support • Excellent legal research and writing skills (Westlaw, LexisNexis preferred) • Ability to work independently in a remote setting • Proficiency in MS Word and legal document formatting tools Preferred Qualifications: • Bar membership (US or international) is a plus but not required • Experience working with law firms or corporate legal teams • Familiarity with legal tech tools and document automation Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ?4,276,501.00 per year Benefits: • Work from home Schedule: • US shift Supplemental Pay: • Performance bonus Application Question(s): • Have you worked remotely in a legal support role before? • Have you prepared legal document preparation and court filings? • Are you experienced with US federal and state court filing systems? • Have you supported US attorneys in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, or legal memos?
