Key Responsibilities
• Lead analysis, redesign, and digitization of complex paper-based workflows
• Translate business needs into future-state digital workflows and process maps
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and executive leaders
• Ensure redesigned workflows meet compliance, governance, security, and accessibility requirements
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to drive alignment and remove roadblocks
• Identify risks, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks; define corrective actions
• Oversee project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Develop documentation, implementation plans, and training materials
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in process engineering
• Proven experience shifting processes from paper to digital platforms
• Experience partnering with IT departments on workflow transformation
• Experience designing processes within union environments (collective bargaining agreements)
• Strong project management and communication skills

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
