About the Role
As a Junior Dental Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between our customers and our production team, ensuring that our final products meet the exact specifications of our dental professionals. Key Responsibilities
- Complete department training requirements under direct supervision to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our software and services
- Conduct surgical case planning with doctors to provide personalized support and guidance
- Provide product assistance via phone and email to address customer inquiries and concerns
- Conduct product training with new customers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
- Follow up with surgical case progress to guarantee timely and successful outcomes

- Train for and complete bone reduction cases with direct supervision to expand your skill set
