We're seeking a Junior Corporate Counsel to join our in-house legal team and support a wide range of legal and business needs across our growing fintech and software-focused organization. Requirements Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, including software license agreements, master services agreements, vendor contracts, partnership agreements, and other agreements related to the fintech, fitness, and software industry Work closely with business teams to identify legal risks and provide proactive legal advice and support Conduct legal research and analysis as needed to support the business and legal team Provide legal advice and support on regulatory compliance matters, including data privacy, consumer protection, and other legal and regulatory requirements Support the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures Assist with litigation and dispute resolution matters, as needed Provide billing and collection support to ABC and its departments Assist with responses to legal inquiries and requests Assist with corporate governance and licensing work, filings, and documentation Provide support on other legal matters as needed Participate in professional development activities and maintain professional affiliations Benefits Purpose led company with a Values focused culture Time Off – with our open PTO policy, we offer flexibility in how and when you take PTO!
