Key Responsibilities:
As a Junior Content Designer - Editor at Swoon, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our content strategy across various channels. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and artworking our weekly email newsletters to our Insiders, ensuring a consistent brand look and feel
- Designing and scheduling our weekly social media content, including stories, short-form videos, and still images
- Championing the Swoon brand look and feel across the business, while maintaining and developing brand guidelines and brand templates
- Assisting on ad hoc, larger business initiatives, such as brand collaborations and photoshoots
- Editing short-form videos for social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram
- Working closely with the Creative Brand Manager and senior management team to ensure aligned brand messaging
Requirements and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A genuine interest in interior design and a keen eye for what's desirable
- A working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
- Basic copywriting skills and the ability to craft compelling stories
- Social media savvy with an understanding of the latest trends and platforms
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- A laptop and reliable internet connection
Preferred Qualifications:
