We're looking for a Senior IT Legal Counsel who’s not just a risk manager, but a growth enabler. Your responsibilities will include: Negotiating and drafting a variety of contracts, including investment agreements, convertible notes, service contracts, partnership agreements, terms of use, and privacy policies; Conducting comprehensive legal research and analysis on international regulatory matters, with a focus on compliance in the USA, EU, Asia, and the Gulf region ; Facilitating mergers and acquisitions, while providing legal due diligence for potential investment opportunities; Ensuring legal compliance across all business operations and jurisdictions; Performing thorough due diligence for potential investments, ensuring compliance and identifying risks. What you will need: Master's degree in law; 3+ years of professional experience; Experience working in an IT product company; Fluent communication skills of written and spoken Ukrainian and English (B2+) ; Experience contributing to the continuous reviewing, drafting, and negotiating of agreements; Excellent analytical, legal writing, and research skills; Being goal-oriented, ambitious, and ready to take on challenges.
